Got a property problem? We can help you solve it. With our practical knowledge and experience, we can show you how to achieve the maximum potential of your property. We also provide inspections at the start of a project to check out feasibility for your lifestyle & budget.

Family History
Design has been in our DNA for generations. Our history includes award winners, entrepreneurs and producers.
Bill’s great uncle George Herbert Parry, was a prominent architect from Perth. His son Mervyn Henry Parry was also a distinguished architect recognized by the Royal Australian Institute of Architects (RAIA) in 1978 by receiving the highest tribute the organization can bestow, the RAIA Gold Medal.
Other Prominent Family Members include:
- Brigadier Jack Sanderson (Bill’s Mother’s Cousin) – Producer of the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo from 1968 to 1975
- Sir John Sanderson (Bill’s Great Uncle) – Accomplished businessman and grazier
- Archibald Sanderson (Bill’s Grandfather) – Journalist, fruit-grower, lawyer and politician
- Leake, George (Bill’s Great Great Grandfather) – Renowned lawyer and premier
